ARS Restoration Specialists is an emergency disaster restoration and reconstruction company that services both residential and commercial customers. We can respond to any loss, emergency, or claim involving flood, water, fire, smoke, and mold. We also offer lead and asbestos remediation. We can help with any size clean up or restoration project.

Looking for energetic, work oriented, desire to exceed expectations and self-confident people to join a restoration company which has been in business for 30 years! Experience in construction, water, fire and mold remediation preferred. Willing to train the "right" candidate. This is an hourly position with benefits.

The company is an Emergency Response company and after hours, nights and weekend work will be required on a rotating schedule.

Working under general supervision, technicians respond to emergency situations in homes and businesses caused by water, fire, flood, soot, storm, mold, trauma and other emergency situations.  Technicians are responsible for producing good quality restoration by meeting or exceeding accepted industry standards.  Field technicians must recognize that they are representatives of the company and must conduct themselves in a professional, courteous manner and follow and/or enforce stated company policies and procedures



  • Perform field restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack out and storage and other specialized cleaning.
  • Ensure proper set-up and monitoring of equipment used to address the property’s restoration needs.
  • Perform field-remodeling activities including interior and exterior painting and finishing, light repairs and cleaning as needed.

  • Complete measurements and drawings, takes photographs and completes folder documentation as outlined in systems and procedures including, but not limited to, policies and work orders.
  • May interact with homeowners, property managers or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities. Interactions should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner that reflects the customer service philosophy of ARS Restoration Services.

  • Knowledge of construction terminology a plus
